Speaking on behalf of the "more mature" community, I found Savills service absolutely faultless. They took the time to discuss what we wanted to achieve, conducted the fitting in a tidy and very competent manner. Really couldn't fault them and delighted with our new awning.

Can't thank you enough. From initial meeting and quote through to installation of our Weiner Plaza Viva awning. Initial meet showed an incredible knowledge of product which left you with little doubt that Savills had a wealth of experience and knew what they were doing. Installation was professional (meticulous with dialogue throughout to ensure met height requirements of tall member of family), tidy (site left as found), friendly (they were lovely!), and gave us the motivation to continue our garden project. This left us incredibly pleased with our product and that we went through Savills.

From survey to installation it was a good experience. Dean the surveyor was experienced and professional. He explained everything clearly. The installation was easy and everything was left clean and tidy. I now have the summer to enjoy the awning.

We were refurbishing a 15 year old awning, having moved here in January 2024 (our 1st move for 38 years but in the same town). The old fabric was faded, mildewed and out of date - especially the wavy border trim. We selected a bright and modern new fabric (with summery colours to match our brickwork) from the French catalogue. The fabric is Teflon coated, UV resistant, anti mould etc. Steve and Ian took around 2 hours to fit the awning, replace a rusty mid-support back bar bracket and service/lubricate the mechanism. They also suggested raising the height too which is better. Professional job by experienced guys. Recommend them without hesitation.

When researching for a garden patio awning i narrowed it down to two companies and obtained a quote from both of them. After surveying and receiving both quotes i chose Savills as they were competitive and had good reviews. All went to plan after placing an order. Delivery/install was on time and the fitters did a great job. The awning has been great and when there was an issue with an integral component they jumped on the problem and had it resolved promptly. Thanks to Kevin for the upfront work and Steve thereafter.
